Road, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004), which operates the Saheehisab jewellery price-transparency platform, including the website saheehisab.com and any associated mobile or web application (together, the "Service").

Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account & sign-in information — your name, mobile number, email address, and any OTP or authentication details used to verify your identity when you sign in.
- Content you submit for a price check — product links, photographs or screenshots of jewellery items, and any notes or descriptions you add.
- Communications — messages, feedback, or queries you send us by phone, email, or in-app chat or support.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Usage data — features used, search and comparison history, click patterns, and session duration.
- Approximate or precise location — derived from your IP address, or, where you enable location services, your device's location (for example, to show gold and silver rates relevant to your city).
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6 below.
2.3 Information from third parties
- If you sign in using a third-party account (for example, Google), we may receive basic profile information such as your name and email address, as permitted by your privacy settings with that provider.
- Publicly available jewellery price and product listing data that we index or reference to generate honest price comparisons.
How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including verifying your identity and enabling sign-in.
- To analyse the jewellery photos or links you submit and generate an honest price comparison or estimate for you.
- To communicate with you — sending OTPs, service updates, price-check results, and responses to your support requests.
- To personalise your experience, such as showing gold or silver rates relevant to your city.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Use.
- For internal analytics and research aimed at improving the accuracy of our price comparisons.
- With your consent, to send marketing or promotional communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
Photos, links & other content you submit
When you upload a photo or paste a product link to check a jewellery price, we process that content solely to generate your price comparison and to improve the accuracy of our comparison engine.
Photographs may contain metadata — such as date, time, or, if not stripped by your device, location — embedded by your camera or browser. If you would prefer not to share this metadata, please check your device or browser settings before uploading a photo.
We treat the specific photos and results tied to your account as private. We do not publicly display your individual search photos or results, and we do not sell this content to third parties. We may retain anonymised or aggregated data, with identifying details removed, to improve pricing accuracy across the platform as a whole.

- Withdraw your consent for processing based on consent, where applicable.

Children's privacy

Governing law
